Where to start? I know…

Hello, I’m Jen.

In 2009 I started a business by accident.

It wasn’t planned and it was a bit of a rollercoaster (understatement). I grew that business into a successful digital marketing agency and was part of the f-entrepreneur top 100 women leaders in business in 2021.

In 2023 I pivoted the business to do what I discovered I love most; Coaching & Mentoring.

From there I’ve studied, developed my own methodologies and am now Executive Coach and Mentor with a special interest in inclusion, accessibility and neurodiversity.

Jen Smith - The Curious Mentor

I work with organisations of all sizes, helping them find ways to enable them to help their teams bring their best to work.

I’m a disabled and neurodiverse woman.(ooh, get her, admitting that on her website…).

People describe my style as human, contextual, curious, compassionate, hopeful, pragmatic and inspirational – and I’m generally known for making people think in ways they never thought possible.

I want to make the world a better place.

I work with Small Business Britain on a number of projects – including The Lilac Review – working with the government to create the change that is needed for disabled and neurodiverse people to access entrepreneurship and work.

I’m also a serial volunteer – currently running the St Albans Netwalks, being a Trustee of London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club, being Inclusion Advisor for GirlGuiding Hertfordshire with a special interest in neuroinclusion and social inclusion and supporter of St Albans Community Pantry.

How do I work?

Simply put, I work with individuals and organisations to help them be, feel and work better. I offer a pick & mix of services to create something that works for you – rather than try and fit you into a service.
