Coaching is powerful
We all believe that coaching isn’t just a “nice-to-have” – it’s a strategic decision that develops people, strengthens teams, and drives business success.
For junior team members, it transforms them from learners into contributors faster, helping organisations grow stronger from the ground up.
For senior leaders it makes high performance practises even more effective.
All our coaches are qualified and experienced, undertake their own CPD (Jen’s currently studying for the ILM L7 in Coaching Supervision) and supervision and are accredited to deliver a range of psychometric profiling tools – if you want us to.
We make our coaching as accessible as possible, are happy to accommodate reasonable adjustments already in place and also offer Access to Work funded coaching.

It’s not just Jen…
Through my collaborative consultancy, Those Interesting People, we have a team of coaches – all qualified, experienced and committed to being the best coaches we can be
If we think one or other of us would be a better fit for you, we’ll always offer that – we want the best for you, not our egos.
